How We Do It
We ship nationwide. The customer pays for the shipping that is requested at check out. If you have any questions about your situation please feel free to reach out to us.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
How It Works
If you have product concerns you must report them to us within 7 days of receiving your order. You will need prior notification and approval from us before processing any refunds or exchanges and the product must be returned to us in its original packaging. For product exchange, the shipping charges will be paid by the customer. Our goal is for you to be satisfied with our products but if you are unhappy, please let us know. Your positive experience at Patricia Pantry is important to us and we will work with you if you are not happy with your purchase.
